ABOUT

Grown in the heart of Cundinamarca, near the peaceful Apulo River, our beans are cultivated in a unique ecosystem where coffee trees coexist with fruit and cocoa. This natural harmony infuses every cup with depth and character. Inspired by the legacy of Colombia’s indigenous peoples, Amerindio honors the land’s sacred roots through exceptional quality and mindful cultivation. Every step—from seed to sip—is a tribute to tradition, taste, and the spirit of the mountains.

Here are some tips for your coffee.

All our beans are sourced from Colombian farms located at altitudes up to 2000 meters, ensuring high quality and a distinctive cup profile.

Store them in a cool, dry place in an airtight container to maintain their freshness and aroma over time.

For a French press, we recommend a coarse grind; for espresso, a fine grind; and for filter methods like pour-over, a medium grind. This ensures optimal extraction and flavor for each brewing style.
