Sourced from a family-run farm in Bruselas, Huila, this specialty coffee is made from Pink Bourbon, a variety celebrated for its elegance and aromatic complexity. Grown at 1,800–2,000 meters above sea level, the high-altitude environment contributes to its clarity, balance, and refined character.
The coffee undergoes a fully washed process with a distinctive co-fermentation using coconut must, resulting in a unique and harmonious flavor profile. In the cup, expect smooth and comforting notes of coconut and caramel, complemented by hazelnuts and soft floral nuances. The result is a medium roast that feels both innovative and deeply rooted in tradition.
